Everything about flying
1. When I can partially flight my route?
The passenger may partially flight his/her route if s/he is on time for the first point. If this condition is not met, the entire route may be cancelled.
2. When a passenger is late for a switched line: what to do?
If the reason for which the passenger is late is delay of the flight due to the fault of the airline company, then, the transporter shall re-book a ticket for the earliest flight, and in case of delay requiring accommodation for the night, it shall refund for the accommodation and sustenance of the passenger. The supplier may also offer an alternative – flying with another airline company.
Where the passenger has separate tickets and s/he is late for the first flight, no refund will be made. If you buy separate tickets, you should at all times predict all possible delays of combined flights.
3. What are distinctions of service classes?
The classes distinguish for their conditions: comfortableness; availability of extra services; registration zones; availability/unavailability of transfer into the board of the aircraft; and availability of return/change. For details, you can contact the chosen airline company or visit the page of the tariff you choose.
4. How to get the route invoice?
This document will be available after the payment for any airline ticket in the private panel of the passenger, where s/he books it. In order to get the road invoice, you should enter the authorization code, which comes through the e-mail sent to your Inbox. On this invoice, all necessary information on the ticket is provided.
5. What should a passenger do where reporting on tickets is required?
The passenger may present to his/her accounting department the purchase bill, extract from the r/s of his/her card by which the payment was made, or the sealed road invoice which is required to provide while registration for a flight.
6. Why some flights cannot be displayed?
- The ticket has been already purchased on another website
- The costs of the tickets for switched airlines are quite expensive than direct flights
7. Why flights may be unavailable on the website?
There may be software limitations such as Interline or Code-share. Some websites cannot technically sell tickets from other GDS systems. We cooperate with several GDS systems in the world and hold available tickets for booking.
GDSs are systems of booking.
Code-share is a contract between airline companies, which enables the airline companies to sell the flights of others with their own codes.
Interline is a contract between transporters on availability of booking and ordering tickets, or combining any flights with each other.
