You are welcome to Trips.az – the website, where you can get all necessary information on tourism, availability of flights, tariffs, and their prices, and can use the services of legally booking and purchasing of tickets, do business with providers of tourism services and for no other purpose.

Terms and definitions

The below specified terms shall be interpreted as follows:

Trips.az means a Website
Our, we and us mean Azintour LLC
You means the visitors of the website
Agreement/Contract means all terms and conditions
Software means SW

Subject of Contract

The website provides you with information on tourism and offers to make a legal booking at us or through our agents if you fill out this Contract, the terms that you undertake to fulfill fully.

Please, read all articles of the Contract and follow the announcements. (we can make any changes without any notice) Continuing on using the website, you agree with all changes to the terms of the edited Contract.

Use of Trips.az

Agreeing with this Contract, you confirm the following information:

You have reached 18 years old and are duly authorized person, and confirm your full eligibility to act in respect to this Contract
You will not use Trips.az for any purposes not complying with the terms of the Contract
You will make a legal booking for you or third persons (if you have legal authority provided by them)
You will use Trips.az for only legal purposes
When booking/purchasing for third parties, you are obliged to inform them of all terms and conditions of the Contract and of the terms of booking, purchase and tariffs;
Providing information for the website, you give a full guarantee to its reliability
If you have any records on our website, you shall bear liability for using it, including by other persons
When purchasing a ticket, you authorize Trips.az to deduct the necessary amount from your card
You are familiar that you will bear liability for trying to unauthorized access to the information on the website and for fraud in compliance with law
You authorize our website to deduct funds - the price of the ticket with appropriate commissions and possible fees - from your bank card

We are right to reject to provide access to the website and its services for any reasons, including breach of this Contract.

Illegal Action

All information on the website, in particular (services, infrastructure, prices, content and etc.) is our property and the property of the providers and providers with whom we cooperate. You can take copies of the documents of the route of future travels, information on services, tickets booked by us. However, you have no other rights.

You are prohibited to:

Distribute, change, recreate, transform, publish and transfer information of the website to third persons
Authorize dissemination of any information of Trips.az
Create bi-products, forward/sell our information/services/software

Furthermore, signing the terms of the Contract, you confirm that you have not the right to:

Use the website for commercial purposes: speculations, frauds, anticipations on demand
Performing any type of action (photocopying, visiting, tracking) with information of the website with assistance of robots or automate software, if you do not have an appropriate license issued by us
Performing ‘frame’ and other actions, which may result in overloading of our System, if you do not have a written permit issued by us for performing related tasks.

Messages and Comments on the Website:

Any messages sent via e-mail, or comments posted on Trips.az website may be distributed for public demonstration.

We have the right to:

Protect, copy, reproduce and distribute via Mass Media and implement other actions in relation to the messages you sent. Posting information on our website, you admit that their texts do not contain any personal information and may be visible for other users, including our partners. In respect with the comments and other messages, we have the right not to publish it and delete it without notifying you.

You are fully responsible for the texts of the messages and confirm that you are not prohibited to add any contents of promotional, commercial, illegal, discrediting, pornographic or other nature, violating any law (copyright, patent, civil and other laws) to the website.

You shall bear liability for any results and damage in case of violation, in compliance with law.

Return/ discarding of booking:

Discarding of any non-paid booking is performed automatically, if no payment will be made to you within 12-hour period since creation of it by you. There are no penalty sanctions for automatically discarding of booking of airline tickets.

You can change/return the ticket for a flight according to the terms established by the terms and conditions of application/limitation of the tariff you choose. These terms will be available for you when you make an order, before purchasing it. In order to return or change the airline ticket, you should fill out and send a relevant application to our e-mail: info@trips.az. Please, note that for the service of change/return, besides the possible penalty sanctions of the airline company (in the amount of 20 to 70 percent of the price of the ticket), we have the right to deduct extra fee from you, whose amount is equivalent to 20 AZN per airline ticket.

All funds for an unused airline ticket will be refunded to your card within one month since the date of sending, indicated on it. The commission fee for purchase shall not be refunded.

In case of involuntary (due to the fault of the airline company) return/change of the ticket, no service fee is charged. For the return/change of the ticket for a good cause (disease, hospitalization or death of the passenger or hi/her relative), related confirming documents shall be submitted. In such cases, all decisions concerning application of penalty sanctions will be taken by the airline company. The airline tickets obtained at a reduced fare (with limitations specified in the terms of application), including non-returnable ones will not be returned/ changed. Their costs will not be refunded.

On the website, you can book / buy an airline ticket not later than 180 minutes until the departure time.

Indemnity

Any information posted on our website, including information on the services (their availability) and prices (for airline tickets and other services) may be inaccurate. Trips.az does not guarantee reliability of the submitted information and indemnifies itself from any legal liability for any possible faults and defects related to the Goods and services. Trips.az shall reserve the right for correction of the faults in the prices or Goods waiting for booking. In such cases, we offer our clients to keep waiting for the corrected price or discontinue the present booking without any loss (no penalty).

The providers rendering their services through the website, but not being our agents (personnel) shall bear liability for their activity independently. Trips.az gives no guarantee for their work and bears no liability.

Please, pay attention to the following information:

Our website shall bear no liability for the actions (inaction, guarantees, violation of rights, faults, bodily injuries, death, expenses incurred) of independent contractors providing their services here
Some airline companies stipulate cash fees not included in the cost of the flight
The website shall not bear any liability for the actions for which we do not any authority to regulate. We shall not refund the cost of the ticket in relation to: discarded flight or its delay, returnable booking, change of route, strikes and other actions of the management/authorities
We shall not bear any liability caused by damages arisen while using Trips.az (unavailability of displaying, viruses, delay of access and etc.), even in the cases of being kept informed of possibility of damages). If our website or providers acknowledge their liability for the loss, then, the indemnity shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service (100$ or equivalent in an appropriate currency).

Limitation of liability of this Contract acts in favor of our website and the providers with whom we cooperate.

Terms and limitations of Provider

Please, carefully read the following information that contains information on the booking and services of Trips.az. Signing the Contract, you agree with the terms of the Provider with whom you will cooperate.

You undertake to:

Follow all terms and conditions of purchasing. You should carefully examine information on availability and terms of application of the tariff you choose and timely make the payment of the total amount
Sign remission of claim (where this is required by third parties) before using the services or accepting to participate in any activity
You also agree that any violation of the terms of the Provider by your side may lead to termination of the services you provide or booking. In this case, you can lose the amount you paid for booking, or they may be taken out for recovery of the expenses resulted from this violation.

Software

SW – Software, including HTML-codes and ActiveX control, which is available for downloading on the website, is its property, protected by copyrights and the terms and conditions of the international agreements of Trips.az and the providers. Copying, disseminating and other actions violating the copyrights may lead to imposing of legal sanctions and prosecuting by court.

Any use of the Software is protected in compliance with the terms of the agreement, and you may not install it without an appropriate consent.

The software available for downloading, but not provided with a license Agreement, is provided for your limited personal use for displaying and using the website, but not for any other purposes. The SW has guarantees only in compliance with the terms and conditions of the license Agreement.

Currency Converter

All currency rates posted on the website may be used as recommended, but not actual. Inaccuracy and contradiction in the rates may be caused by various conditions. Although the exchange rate is updated daily, we recommend applying to an expert for clarification of its definition. Information on the currency rates is only for the purposes of information. Duplication of any other actions in connection with the information displayed here, including for commercial purposes, is prohibited.

Commissions for Completion of Transactions

We would like to inform you that while completing international transactions, commission fees are deducted from some bank cards. Furthermore, while completing similar transactions out of Azerbaijan, you may be deducted some amount for the converting service, where you will see the amount on the receipt, which differ from the cost of the airline ticket or booking services.

The currency exchange rates together with the commission are determined by the bank while completing the payment transaction, at the date of completion.

General Provisions

Trips.az is directed by a legal entity that is a resident of Azerbaijan. All terms and conditions of this Agreement are regulated by applicable laws and regulations of Azerbaijan Republic, and the use of the website will be considered illegal under any jurisdiction not meeting the terms and conditions of this Contract.

All terms and conditions of this Agreement regulate the relations between you and the website Trips.az. In case of any disputes (according to legal norms), concerning with any articles of this Agreement you agree that you will fill a claim within two years since the date of reasons for filing it. Otherwise, you decline your right to file a claim concerning the expired deadline for filing a claim. In the absence of legal power of any part of the contract as a whole, the Agreement will remain enforceable until the established period.

A hard or soft copy of the Agreement shall be accepted in any jurisdiction/performance of administrative procedures based on the terms and conditions indicted on it, alike other business registers, made and kept in a hard format.

Which Information about You is Collected and Kept on the Website

Any information posted on our website by you or provided by another media will be kept by us for your next identification. This information includes your personal and contact data. Other information, including information on your payment requisites (bank cards, accounts) will be deleted immediately after necessary payments you make.

All information from other sources (from our branches, external parties and partners) may be entered in your account.
